Apple iPhone 5C 8GB 4G LTE Prepaid Smartphone (Straight Talk)

From the moment I picked the phone up I have had problems. First your personnel in the store (phone dept) was very unhelpful told me I had to buy a SIM Card that one did not come with the phone. I left the store upset because I didn't want to deal with the hassle, fortunately I did not buy one in the store. I was in the package. However when I enabled my phone I have no service in my house. I have spent hours on the phone with CS trying to that resolved. Was told " I would get a new phone---no you won't get a new phone----yes you'll get a new phone. One is on the way!!!!!!. No ma'am we don't replace phones, Apple will have to do that!": I am unable to text one of my contacts-I keep getting this crazy message that I have an incorrect number and I need to use a correct 10 digit number. It is the correct number. I have about had it. I don't know if it is the phone or Straight Talk. About fed up

the iPhone 5c is perfect for everyone and I would totally recommend it .....some people said theirs came with a sim card and some people said theirs didn't, it depends on what color iPhone you order... I ordered a white one and it did not come with a sim card, then I ordered a blue one and it came with the whole activation kit and a sim card.

Good deal, ordered at 10pm at night and picked it up in store the very next morning at 10am. Then, took it to T-Mobile and was set up in less than 1 hour. Even the guy at T-Mobile was impressed and thought this was a good deal. My only issue now is that 8GB is nothing and I wish I had more space.

I ordered an iPhone 5C from Walmart.com. Entered my zip and it said it would work in my area. All excited to get my new phone activated, inserted the SIM card that came with it and started the activation. NOT compatible. Very disappointed it will only use AT &T tower and we have verizon. Was told the iPhone 4 would work in my area but it's not offered. Now I have to take the phone back and all the stuff that goes with it. Very upset tonight after waiting a week for the phone and my phone on its last round. Kinda scared to order anything else not knowing if it will work. Especially after the web site said it would work and the guy at straight talk tech support.

i ordered thinking i was getting this phone on verizon towers. it is what my hubbys iphone is on and the research said it would be. surprise! I really didnt what at&t towers! but so far it has been really good! much better than much last phone! which was on the verizon towers. maybe the phone, but ?? the 5c iphone itself is just great! crazy how much this phone can DO!! love this phone! i am still learning how to use it! but who needs to? all you have to do is ask siri! he/she will do it for you!
