Apple iPod shuffle - 2nd generation - digital player - 1 GB - blue

I adore my little ipod shuffle! The only drawback is it doesn't have a screen, but for me, I don't have that many songs on it so it doesn't matter to me. I really like how easily you can shuffle your songs and then with a flip of a switch, their all right back in order! The little clip on the back is also really handy. Also, this ipod is increadably durable. I left it in my pants pocket one day and it went through the washer and the dryer and when it came out, all it needed was it's battery recharged and it was still as good as new! I definetly recomend it to someone who is getting their first ipod, a young kid that may damage a more expensive ipod easily, or someone who just wants to have a few of their favorites along with them.

I bought my wife & myself one. She wanted one for excercise, mine was for yard work. They work great, only bad thing is that they only syncronize to one computer. Our kids have the Nano, you can use more than one computer to go on Itunes & manage your play list. The Shuffle, only syncronises on one computer. When you plug it to another computer, it erases what is on it. My wife had differant songs on her labtop,when she went to retreave them; it cleared her shuffle. This is the only down side to the shuffle, other than that they are great.

along with a free i-tunes account,this is the way to go. Great quality,sound,and size. No fear of loss,the clip works great. The 3.5mm earphone jack along with any extension wire plugs right into my cars aux. jack. Also great sound quality for that. I would suggest the ematic kit for 10 dollars added to it. That will give you all you will need now, and in the future. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This was a perfect gift for my 9-year old grandson, he wanted the ipod with the screen, but he settled for this one he loves it. As he gets older the Ipod will get bigger with the screen. For the prices it was just enough for a child. He takes it to the skating rink and everywhere he had his sister down load the music.

I have a nano, and was using that at the gym, but always had to have a strap or a pocket in my gym pants. I bought my mom a shuffle for mother's day, and that was it. I had to get one for myself. I love it, can run with it and not have to worry about a strap. I still use my nano for other uses, but this is great, because it does what I need it to do at the gym... plays music without having to worry about a stupid armband or pocket.
