I decided to swap in Applegate Organic Monterey Jack cheese for my dinner recipe one night. I made a baked chicken smothered in melted Monterey Jack cheese and a tomato bruchetta. It was delicious! My husband even asked for seconds! The cheese melted smoothly and evenly on the chicken. It had a mild, buttery flavor that complimented the bruchetta beautifully! I will definitely be making this again!! I will definitely be changing up the cheese in some of my other recipes to Applegate Organics Monterey Jack!!!
