Super excited to have this addition to our playroom! Set up, took us about an hour and a half, but my 12-year-old did most of it! Played it a couple times after we plugged it in to make sure everything worked. Looks great and we plan on having a lot of fun with it.
Wonderful tabletop arcade set-up! Love the variety of games to play on this machine, BUT it would be nice if Marvel vs. Capcom 2 was a part of the lineup. Just take out one of the beat 'em ups and it would be the perfect arcade experience. Joystick is very flexible and the button layout is nice, but I would prefer them to be a little bit closer to my fingers. I understand that that is how most arcade cabinets have them laid out, but it would make life a lot easier.
Wish it was slightly taller. I'm only 5'10 and think it's just a wee bit short. Will probably buy a riser of some sort to put it on. Box arrived beat to heck & something was rattling inside the 2nd player control board, but at this moment it works. Must say you won't be disappointed.
The controls are all really responsive and the joystick feels good even though it's a a bit smaller than original arcades. The finished machine is very light though, so you can't really rest your hand on the controls or you move the arcade table around when playing. This is only because I did not install the wall mounting brackets and straps that it came with because I didn't want holes in my wall if I decide to move the machine some day. It had easy to follow instructions, and went together in under 30 minutes by myself. Great product overall. I hope Arcade 1up keeps making more of the great classics. Especially the multi game arcades like this one.
Solid table, decent screen size, looks great assembled. Whole thing came together in a few hours. All the games feel great to play on the arcade style hardware. My one critique is these head to head tables would benefit from a few more co-op options sprinkled in with the fighting games
