THE BUTTONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO PUSH TO SET IT.....THE DIRECTIONS ARE CONFUSING AND THERE IS NO LOGIC TO IT...........PFFFFT.........IT LOOKED SO SIMPLE BUT WHAT A NIGHTMARE...........NOT WORTH IT............RETURNED IT AND BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE IN THE STORE.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

This is a very nice watch, but the buttons are rock hard, and there's no instructions.. I have no idea how to use it, I usually figure it out by guessing but this watch is tough, luckily the date and time are already set, if they weren't I'd return this.

I bought this for my 6 year nephew and the wrist band was just a bit too large. It came with NO instructions. I can usually figure out the controls on a new watch without instructions but this one was strange. I gave up and searched the net, found their website, watch instructions are posted on-line but not for this model. The web site is poorly designed, had to open each instruction PDF to see if it covered this watch. After wasting 30 mins on-line I spent another 20 mins guessing at the controls, I finely figure it out. I decided to keep it, went to remove the scratch proof covering from the glass and noticed there was a piece of cardboard or wooden sliver under the face of the glass. Returned watch to Walmart got a full refund including shipping since it was defective. Bought another watch in store for $9 that had a smaller face/wrist band, a much better fit for a 6 yr old. I would have rated this a 3-4 stars if it had come with instructions and did not have the foreign object under the glass face.
