Before we bought it we learned a lot about this shed from other reviews. It was very helpful. I can add a few things. This shed comes without the floor, so we bought 35 concrete stones each 12"x12". We put them on the grass (5x7 stones) and anchored shed with 1/4" concrete screws and drill bit which goes with it. They have these screws and drill bit in Lowes in one section. Shed has already holes for this kind of anchoring. We used normal drill, it worked just fine. The instructions are confusing. It adds an extra hour to building process trying to figure out what to do. You must have an experience in assembling, don't buy it if you are a newbie. You will need a second pair of hands once in a while to help you hold things and push wall from the other side when you are screwing. I believe the 12 year old will do. If you don't have an electric screwdriver go get it. This thing has hundreds screws! I pay for this shed $225. I think it was a good price but I wouldn't pay more. If you have a choice to buy a bigger shed, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Overall good product that met the family's needs especially for the price Important to note that the shed does not come with an anchor kit or a foundation kit. We had not thought about the anchor kit before and thought it would be an issue. We assembled it without either and plan to drive stakes into the base and put some stones down to save a few $$. I don't think this job could be completed with one person. It took our group of 3 about 3 hours. Directions weren't always foolproof but they were fairly easy to follow. If you follow instructions well, can operate a drill and have a helping hand or two, you can do it in about half a day. Think twice about the size - if we did it again, we would have gone slightly wider and taller with the unit. Hope this helps!

nice shed for the price. can be built with one person but certain areas like the roof you will need two people. The panels are very flimsy and easy to scratch must be very carefull. if you need this to store a motorcycle it wont fit it is to small get the bigger one.

I only gave this product one star because I required to give at least one star. In my mind, it doesn't deserve any stars! So, here is a rundown of the issues with this product: 1. Installation instructions are horrible. They have you jump around all over the place, never building up the support structure for what you just built. 2. Materials are of the worst quality. We tried building this on a calm weekend weather-wise. Now, I don't know about where you live, but calm weekends here are rarely without some breeze. A light breeze blew down the unsupported pieces of walls the instructions had us put and then move onto something totally different and the metal actually ripped out from the screws. If the metal actually rips from a light breeze, how is it going to hold up over time? I swear, I felt like one of three little pigs putting up a house of straw! 3. There is very little structural support at all in this shed. It is the most rickety piece of junk I have ever seen. 4. All in all, this has been a lesson that has cost me $400 as I am now going to just have to scrap this and buy a "real" shed (probably a Rubbermaid). Stay away from this product at all costs, unless you have an extra $400 to burn in addition to a couple of weekends!

Cost effective storage solution. You have to be VERY careful during construction to not only follow the instructions, but look CAREFULLY at the images. Many pieces will fit two ways, but subsequent pieces require that the one you just finished be aligned in specific ways.
