My order arrived ruined! Apparently one of the containers became open in transit and covered all of the other containers in a sticky gooey mess! The weekend workers were no accommodating and i swore off this company for good. I decided to call and speak to a supervisor on Monday and spoke to a wonderful person who replaced the entire order in less than a week and at no additional cost! When my daughter need replacements I will use them again, but will remind them to check the caps to assure they are secure.

A little hard to get just the right amount in your hair. Does a good job defining but not enough hold for me

Leaves my hair looking amazing and defined. I pair this with any moisturizer and Part my hair in sections. I use a spray bottle to wet hair and generously apply both products to to each section. I do this most days its so easy. You can skip a day too and just wet your hair to reactivate the curls. Great product!
