Alot easier to use than a Q tip. Very soft rubber like spirals, that dont hurt your ears. I love this product.

These don't work well. The tips snap off when you turn the device.

This Smart Swab does not work as advertised. The rubber tip does NOT stay on the handle.

I bought this from Walmart and both my wife & I tried it. It does NOT take any wax out. The swab does not go into the ear far enough to get anything out. Do not waste your money on this. Get a liquid over the counter ear cleaner with a water syringe and that will work better.
