I love it. I am short so every time I would try to reach the second shelf in the cupboards I would sprain my shoulder. This works great. Love it.

Price was cheaper than most, you can lock it on item you're trying to pick up. I tried it and it worked !

it was terrible - the head is too big and the unit itself is worthless I'd return it but the postage would cost more than it's worth
