It has a learning setting so you can take it easy getting to know just how to use this drone. It does work on batteries. It is an easy-to-use drone compared to others. Nice finish and overall a good looking product. Easy-to-use make even the youngest family members pro's with it in no time.

You can use this indoors or outdoors but be careful when there is too much wind. I love flying it around the house and my cats chasing after it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of cheapie drones out of there and none of them are good to learn with. I am interested in buying a higher end drone for video footage and also for my son as he has an interest in flying drone for sport. I'm not keen on learning with a thousand-dollar drone -- this one does the trick and has more features than I was expecting. I would recommend playing outdoors in a grassy area or playground padded area as that the terrain would be more forgiving for crashes.

Its able to do stunts and comes with 3 speeds to choose from. Fast charging time on it as well. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to have fun in the air.
