ASPCA 23"H Collection Dog Gate, Wood

We were on vacation and the house we were staying at needed a gate to keep the kids away from the front door and the stairway. We picked up this gate, and it worked great. And was a great price. Very easy to put up. We didn't want to spend too much, since we were just going to leave it there. Would purchase again.

I bought this gate in order to keep my 2 yr old Shih Tzu contained in one room while I am away from home. I noticed the gate was on the short side but still put it up when I had to leave. However, when I came home my little short dog greeted me at the door! When I checked the dog gate, it was just as I had left it! Thus, apparently my little short dog jumped this dog gate! The gate seems to be well made and is easy to use, but if you have an active dog that likes to jump, this gate is just too short! I'm headed back to Walmart to purchase a taller regular baby gate.

It would be really hard to review since they sent me the wrong gate not only once but when they tried to help me and resend the correct one I got the wrong model again. And it is no good for my doorway. Been using these for yrs I just don't understand how they sent the wrong one twice so I'm just going to return it and go to another store. So mad. They may look a little alike but they are not the same

It fits great in your doorway. It is very easy to install. It is also very sturdy. Only issue is it may be a little small but it can be raised some. But not for big dogs

It's a little harder to set up than a baby gate, but this is also much more sturdy than a baby gate. Keeps the puppies from entering areas i dont want them in yet till they are housebroken and allows the cats to come and go.
