I was a little skeptical buying a refurbished tablet at first, but figured I had a couple weeks to return it, so gave it a shot. It works fantastically. No problems and is super fast. Bought it for my wife's birthday and she LOVES it. I'm thinking about getting myself one with LTE capabilities.

I love this tablet. No problems in setting it up. It works beautifully, I love the screen size and the sound is awesome. I could not afford an iPad and this was the next best choice for me. The only drawback is that I cannot watch live webcasts as they require a plug in, which this device does not allow us to download. I have tried downloading adobe flash player however, I keep getting a message that this device does not support it. It's not that big a deal as I can always watch it on Youtube several days later after someone uploads it on that site.

Tis tablet is much faster than the cheaper ones on the market. I tried to go cheap but this was the one in the end I was satisfied with. I was A little afraid of buying refurbished but mine came in a "like new" condition. I have been very happy with my purchase

I have had my tablet for two weeks now and I am LOVING this thing. I have had absolutely no trouble with it and the battery lasts forever. It came with the bare bones. Battery charger and tablet were pretty much all that was in the box (no book or manual), but it looked brand new and the memory was completely clean. No leftovers from any previous users. Whatever the issue was with this thing before, I guess they fixed it because it acts and feels like a completely new machine. I wish I had known that Android wasn't compatible with Adobe Flash, but that's my fault for being a tech dummy. I was relying on my brother's advice when I was looking for a tablet, and he didn't steer me wrong, it was just a little irritating to find out that I had to sign up with a subscription service for TV shows because the Androids won't play the stuff from some of the TV Network's sites. That's the only reason I didn't rate the tablet with a 5 for "Meets Expectations". I feel like a little disclaimer about Adobe Flash for dummies like me would have been useful when deciding whether or not to purchase this particular tablet. Anyway, I love this thing. Don't be afraid to buy a refurbished machine and it's easy to find other options around the Flash thing. : )

I bought a refurbished Transformer EeePad and it looks and operates like brand new except it didnt come with any instructions or fancy packaging- just the Pad and the charger in a cardboard box. I downloaded the manual later. My wife has an I-pad and I found myself using it more and more for it's convenience so I decided I needed to get a tablet but I was very annoyed at how difficult it is to share and transfer files with Apple products, so I wanted an Android based product (it works pretty good for phones). The EeePad itself works perfectly, every bit as quick as an I-Pad if not faster. It has more memory and a better camera. It is, however a little more difficult to use the Android operating system. And, to get full functionality you must download and install several applications from google play and its difficult to decide which apps are the best because there are so many to choose from and most are not that good. It takes some time and patience to get the right ones for you. I havent tried a Windows based tablet yet but in my experience Microsoft has a tendency get things a tad bloated and overly complicated and that defeats the purpose of a tablet.
