Atkins Snack Bar - Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp - 5ct

The original version of this, which was changed about 5 years ago, was much better. It was covered in chocolate and it was a better quality, better tasting chocolate. However, this bar is still tasty. I wouldn't eat it by itself (the chocolate is too bitter), but with a glass of skim milk it's delicious. It tides me over for a few hours. I gave it 4 stars because the original version was so much better.

I have purchased this wonderful Daybreak bar for years!!! The new Peanut Butter Fudge Crips Bar is now listed as a "Snack Bar" great new taste. It is more like a candy bar. Little sprinkles on top and more chocolate like a candy bar. Very dissatisfied. Please reconsider your change Atkins!

Though I think everything is over priced, I like this bar. All of the bars they have are a little sweet. Wouldn't mind something savory. These could be crunchier, but they are good. I made a big order and got an empty wrapper, all sealed like it should have something in it and one that looked like someone stomped the crap out of it and then put it in the box. Smashed like a pancake. All that said, this is one of my favorites.

It might be just me, but these bars are about 50% flavorless, and 50% okaaay. They didn't make me want to stand up and salute, but if someone offered me one and there was nothing else available, I'd probably take it. However, I will NOT buy another entire box of these. Maybe it's because they're dark and not milk chocolate flavor? Not quite sweet enough? Sorry, but that's just one person's opinion. You may well like them.
