Great for my elderly mother. I have her on H2O (ATT network) for $10/3 months. This phone will work on any ATT MVNO. Large illuminated buttons and big screen. Found a very loud ringtone online. If you want loud audio, just press speakerphone. KiOS has received a couple of updates. Google Assistant will write texts. Tip: Format your SD card in your computer with FAT32. Phone can't do it. Plays music nicely to Bluetooth speaker.

Battery always needs charging. Speaker volume located where phone is held so volume always needs to be corrected. Phone in general has been nothing but problems.

I am sorry but you would think that there is so many complaints about not hearing the phone when it rings. My husband is a vet hearing only out of one ear. He likes the size of the phone. It just doesn't ring loud enough. It's too bad you can't put a little speaker on it. Thanks.

So far my elderly brother has been able to use this phone. He has limited function with his hands. Just wish the ringer could be turned up louder than the 15 setting.

This was to replace my 87 year old father's flip phone. It is a piece of junk. We ended up returning it because his phone was not ringing when people were calling him. To test it, we were across the room and called him, the phone did not ring. We returned the phone. We stupidly bought it somewhere else, EXACT SAME PROBLEM! I still need a reliable basic flip phone to work on the AT
