I love my phone! I was wanting to upgrade my phone because it was running slow, would freeze at times and was hardly useable. I was originally going to get the G6 but then LG announced the V30. Once all the specs were released I knew that I wanted that phone but there was no launch date or anything. I almost gave up on waiting but I didn't. Some tech review sites got a hold of some leaked info that said korea would get the phone first and then the US would get it shortly after but it was still unknown when that would be. Then it happened it was released online first and then later would be available at carrier stores. I was able to get my phone on October 9th and I'm so glad I waited because I love my phone. I can finally multi task with out it locking up, it's super fast, and I've had zero problems with it. The dual cameras on the back take amazing features, I like that the finger print reader and lock screen button are on the back sorta in the middle. I also keep finding new things my phone can do every day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have had the LG V10 for about a year, and have taken great care of it. The battery depletes very fast, and the screen would have images burnt into it if you switched apps. Today the screen went black, and when I turned the phone back on it just stuck on the LG Life's Good screen. This is a reoccurring problem with these phones, and had I known that, I wouldn't have bought it. I lost everything that was stored on the phone. It is disappointing to spend so much money on a phone that was promised to be one of the best on the market. I ended up having to spend more today to get a replacement, while losing every bit of files that I had saved on the LG V10. This is unacceptable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

When i first got my LG V10 I was excited, it was an amazing phone and took great pictures. I loved that you could either double tap the screen or use the back button to unlock it, and i loved the fact that it has the finger print feature. What i don't love about the phone is that a little over a year of having it, it crashed. It won't boot up and I've lost almost a years worth of pictures of my baby boys because of it. When I contacted at&t about it they said it was happening to a lot of people with this phone (its being referred to as the boot loop). I wish they would have let us know so I could have tried to back it up before it happened. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

first, last, only LG I will ever buy. The AT&T sales rep highly recommended. Of course she did it was expensive and she gets commision. Boot Loop common, battery drains super fast, gets hot charging, dies at 29% battery, have to constantly restart wifi, freezes alot [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

LGV10 purchased 13 months ago. Over past 2-3 months it's been acting crazy! Started freezing and battery life became difficult to maintain for more than a couple of hours. Phone COMPLETELY CRASHED YESTERDAY and will not power on. Took it to a local repair store (franchise) and they determine the battery is fine. The guy put my battery in one of the stores phones and it worked perfectly with full charge. Put the battery back in my V10 and still NO POWER! I am SICK! I've lost thousands of memories and hundreds of contacts. I'm not "techy" and never did a manual back-up. I can only hope that some automatic miracle took place and saved all my stuff! I WILL NOT...NOT...NOT...recommend an LG to anyone after what I have learned through my own experience and through online research. NO MORE LG PHONES FOR ME!
