my friend and I got the phones the same day we ordered two of them. for some reason only his SIM card worked we were both switching devices he moved his from his Motorola to the new phone and it worked I moved mine same phone and it did not work. I have been locked out of my phone three times because SIM card even though it's an AT%26T SIM card was not compatible with that phone because it had internal technical problems. my friend still uses his phone with the same SIM card Brandon everything that I had to this day his phone was completely fine mine had technical issues at woodmont use a SIM card I am now using an e sim. I cannot tell you the frustration I have been going through because this phone had internal technical problems from the gate and I should have just returned it.

Ive had 4 moto G phones over the last 10 years. This is not the best nor the worst. Looking at the specs you'd think it would be better all around, but its not. It glitches sometimes, but not as much as last years model. To me, the 2023 Moto G Play was unusable. It constantly got stuck and required restarting only to do it again. This is one reason why I went with a 2024 G5 rather than a 2024 G Play. This is a much better experience. Smoother and more intuitive than the earlier models. But... sometimes the keybord gets stuck requiring tapping outside of it or go back. It lags a bit too much. Not bad but its there. Lots of storage. So its the best I could do at this price which was $59.99 on sale. So...its a pretty good deal for a pretty good phone.
