Horrible phone. SLOWER than Christmas. constantly crashes. camera is pure garbage and the battery life is a joke! Also this phone breaks every charger i use in it. Save your money and buy a brick. it'll do the same thing.

i've had several samsung phones, and i have to say that this one, even though it's not top-tier, is wonderful. it holds a charge super well, can facilitate all my needs and honestly just feels comfortable to me :)

i love my phone. it was a good price and i think the phone is very stylish. the first one i had i shattered the screen. i loved my phone so much i purchased it again. this time i have my phone in a phone case and the screen protector.

I bought my Galaxy J2 Shine about a week ago at a local retailer and it is at least in the top 10 worst purchases i have ever made. My phone randomly shuts down on its own for no reason at all. I lay it on the bed, it shuts down.. I hold it in my hand, it shuts down... I put it on charge, it shuts down!! I tried to return it to the retail store in which I purchased it and they refused to exchange it or give me a refund either one. As a small business owner, I depend on my mobile device to be reliable, just as my customers expect me to be. That is why I have purchased several of your products over the years, just to find that the quality of your products have seriously declined!!
