[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from having the iPhone8+ for 5 years to this Samsung Galaxy S22 as a birthday gift from my mother. I appreciate how well I can play Call of Duty mobile now. Gaming is 100 times better in every way possible. I'm in love with the surround sound my Samsung has! Playing my Spotify lists while I'm cooking or getting ready to leave the home now gives me a boost of serotonin.

The phone is basically good, but there are glitches that range from annoying to making the phone unusable. Experienced most frequently is random inability to recieve internet or wifi, makes the phone unusable and happens every day. Also, the screen changes brightness randomly even when there is no change in the environment, this happens generally in spurts, but usually at least once a week. Looking to replace it, but concerned I'll still have the same problem with another Samsung. Have been using this brand for years with no ussue, very diappointing.

My s10e worked better than this new phone. Multiple issues including not pairing properly with newest ear buds pro, horrible messaging. I feel like getting this new phone and newest ear buds was a step backwards with available features. Been a huge Samsung fan forever and this is my first true disappointment. Now I know why at&t was giving the phone away for free.

Brand new out of the box less than 24 hours of getting it and the speaker is crackling really badly, restarting it fixes it but goes back to crackling in a couple hours. From what it looks like, this has been an issues for months since the phone came out and Samsung hasn't done anything to fix it.
