Not the best! But it does what it's supposed to. This is our 3rd one. At this price you can't beat it! Satisfied!
When one side is empty, the other side still has more than half of its cards. Tried a few different times, sometimes even pushing down on the cards that aren't getting pulled into the machine. It still doesn't work. The battery compartments are a total pain in the rear. Two separate sections for batteries, each with a terrible little screw holding it closed. Returning.
I had it for 2 days and used it 3 times and 1 side stopped working. Going to take it back.
When I initially purchased this product it did not work. I checked out the reviews on this and similar products. It turns out "not working on purchase" is quite a frequent complaint with this product. On a similar product, a reviewer recommended bending out the positive leads (the flat ones, not the spring ones) with a small flat head screwdriver. I tried this. It worked. I took a new deck of cards to sort, and it did kind of a mediocre job of shuffling, even after the second shuffle there were still several sequential suit cards together. The online price also seems to be a lot better than the store prices, so one may want to consider that before buying the product. I may review more later to mention its durability.
We weren't even able to open the battery compartment. Returned it for a refund.
