Avalon 1-Handle Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray & Soap Dispenser in Polished Chrome

I bought this faucet set, and used it for quite awhile, when we noticed the handle base developed two cracks. We called the company to see what we could do about a replacement. The customer service was excellent! I sent a picture of the damaged part, and without hesitation, they said they would send me a replacement faucet set. I would not have any question in my mind about purchasing another Price Pfister product in the future. They definitely take care of their customers, and address any problems right away. Very satisfied!

After months of complaining to me to fix the sink my wife ordered a replacement . Customer service found her the right one (as the original was obsolete) , shipped it, and my wife had it installed before I returned from work. A man can ask for little more. After several years of reliable service some internal faucet parts failed. Lifetime warranty was honored without question. Parts were sent and they even talked me through the install procedures. I purchased this faucet 5 years ago when we remodeled my kitchen. It looked awesome as our door and drawer handles are the same color. My husband isn't really happy with the amount of flow, but I can live with it. However, the finish of the faucet has corroded and I have been unable to clean it off. The sprayer now leaks, and we have to keep a bucket under the sink. The soap dispenser hasn't worked in several years. Have considered replacing with another brand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best kitchen faucet i have ever had and i have been in my home for 40 years i have lived here. 5 kitchen sink and faucets remodels and the last faucet was Pfister. I love the rubbed oil or dark finish and it makes me feel and my home look much richer. Proud is the word i use when i talk about my kitchen and this enhances it to the hilt. Customer service was excellent when i called to say my soap dispenser was not working, less than 3 days later, a new one arrived. Way to go Pfister ! Amen
