After several years of reliable service some internal faucet parts failed. Lifetime warranty was honored without question. Parts were sent and they even talked me through the install procedures. Simple, straight forward and easy to fix. Great customer service experience [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I purchased this faucet 5 years ago when we remodeled my kitchen. It looked awesome as our door and drawer handles are the same color. My husband isn't really happy with the amount of flow, but I can live with it. However, the finish of the faucet has corroded and I have been unable to clean it off. The sprayer now leaks, and we have to keep a bucket under the sink. The soap dispenser hasn't worked in several years. Have considered replacing with another brand. I bought my faucet in roughly 2008 or 2009 when I was re-modeling my kitchen. However, in 2015 my braided line under the sink connecting the spray nozzle to the main faucet started to spring a leak. I had never seen this before, but if figured I would just go get a hose and replace it. To my surprise, since it is a single handle and the original manufacturing had the connecting point up inside the handle and out of reach of replacement I was informed that I needed to replace the whole main handle. So, I call Pfister and asked to replace that one piece and where can I buy it, but I was informed they do not replace just the one main handle but rather I would have to replace the whole faucet. At this point I was think, "Ok, this is where they get you and great how much is this going to run me". To my surprise, I was informed that since I purchased a Pfister to begin with it is warrantied for life. Being the skeptic I am, I now was saying "sure, I bought this 7 years ago and there was absolutely no way I still had the receipt or knew where I bought it from". Ahhh, but again, I was surprised. I was told it did not matter I simply just needed to take a picture of the current faucet in the sink and send it to them. I am absolutely blown away at this point. In this day and age of data, and documentation and not being able to move left or right without pre-approval and proof of that pre-approval, could it possibly be this simple. I am here to tell you, yes, it was, with a big fat capital Y.E.S. It was at that moment that I made the decision that I will never own another make of faucet other than a Pfister. Not only was the product beautiful. It functioned wonderfully for all the time I've owned it and then when I did get normal wear and tear type issues, I was able to speak to real people who actually made my experience easy. SOLD! We had our faucet for at least 15 years. It has met all our needs. The faucet is high enough to fit large pots beneath. The soap dispenser makes the counter look neat & it is readily available. The sprayer reaches where the faucet can't. The one handled control is convenient to control the water temp. The head on the faucet deteriorated. We called the company. They only required that we send a copy of the manual and they sent a replacement faucet. We didn't know there were still companies like this! Thanks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We purchased this faucet several years ago. It still looks great, but we have had to call to get parts for repairs every year or two. The first soap bottle that came with it broke at the neck. About a year ago, the cartridge and/or cartridge washers that control the water flow started to wear out. We replaced it, but are now starting to have the same issue. Oh, and getting the handle off to replace the cartridge is AWFUL...you have to put a specific tool (allen wrench, I believe) a couple inches or so into the tiny hole in the back of the handle, and "feel" around hoping to fit it into the place for the end of the tool. Someone seriously needs to redesign that part to make it easier to remove. On the other hand, the product is warranted, and Pfister has always been good about sending replacement parts. I do really like the style of this faucet, but would like to have less trouble. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
