[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of cleansing oils & foam and gel cleansers. That being said, I really liked this a lot. I gave it a good 5 weeks as well and never had any unexpected reactions (I'm acne prone too). I don't use it to take my makeup off but as a second cleanser to make sure any remaining residue is off. What attracted to me were the clean ingredients - I prefer my cleansers to have no fragrance and there really isn't any scent. Great for bedtime use! Though you can also use for morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this cleanser along with the other vitamin C products from this brand. It's been a few weeks of regular use, and I think using so much Vit C maybe is not so great for my skin. This cleanser is a typical gel cleanser with a nice pump. It smells citrusy as expected. Only need a pump or 2 to cover the face well, but my face never felt quite clean … it doesn't leave a film but I have noticed my texture feels more amplified? One thing I noticed right away is that my skin was redder than usual after using this. I have a lot of redness on my cheeks already, and have sensitive/reactive skin. I don't think this cleanser and I are going to work out for the long term. I don't dislike it, but I have others I love that don't give the above mentioned effects. I really like the serum in this line, and I think that might be all the Vitamin C I truly need in a day.
