AXE Body Wash Sports Blast 16 oz

I chose to review this all in one Axe gel with my hubby. So far he likes it. The scent is pretty strong while in the shower and just out of the shower but it mellows out after a while when you get out. I like smelling it on him after he is done showering. He says that the gel works well to lather up for a body wash. So far he seems to think that the gel works well for his hair too, although he didn’t think it lathers up as well in his hair as other products he has used before. So far he is continuing to use it and thinks it’s pretty good for an all in one product. It seems like you do not need a whole lot of the gel to get a good wash on your body or your hair. He would definitely recommend this to someone else.

I consider this a great basic item to have on hand for the men in the house. I love that they can use it for shampoo and body wash. Wasn't sure how they would take to it at first, so I just set it in the bathroom and waited. When it was all gone, there were second and then even third request. Hubby loves the scent and my son is now asking for more. I do wish that it came in a larger bottle. Maybe one with a pump because I've pulled it out of the bottom of the tub more than once.

I'm not as fond of the sent of this brand of Axe as I am of some of the others, but its still not a bad sent. It lathers well and I feel clean after using it. It doesn't dry my skin out like some other shower gels. The flip top is easy to open, and it doesn't take much gel to get a good lather. However I don't like it as a shampoo, my hair is long and it doesn't do a good job, I'm sure if you have short hair this would work just fine.

I have always been a bar soap user and then I tried Axe Shower Gel. I have tried 2 different varieties so far, Axe Apollo Revitalizing Shower Gel and Axe Sport Blast 2 in 1 Shower Gel and Shampoo, both make you feel clean and refreshed and both have a very pleasant scent. The one thing I noticed is that your skin feels very smooth and soft even after rinsing thoroughly. And the scent seems to stay with you much longer than the bar soap I liked. Out of the two I prefer the Axe Apollo Revitalizing Shower Gel and that is only because I like the scent of that one more. Hope you found this helpful, and stay clean.

when I first received this product, I took a sniff of it directly from the bottle.it was extremely strong. it made me lightheaded. I checked the label on the bottle and it read that there were several ingredients in it and one was some type of mint/menthol. this product wouldn't do well for people who have a sensitivity to those ingredients. the second thing I did was place a small amount of soap, directly on the skin of the back of my hand. after several seconds, it gave my skin like a cool to hot to tingling sensation. this is without water added. it was obvious this product needed to be mixed with water. and using this product would give that refreshing sensation on the skin. next thing was, I called my 32 year old son who always swore by the axe products and I asked him if he has ever used this product and if he did, what was him impression or opinion of it. he said he used to use it a lot and it was pretty good. no complaints about it at all, and no sensitivities as well. he is a man of many allergies but this product did not affect him in any negative way. I am a female, but I use many mens products and whatever I use, my grandchildren that live with me use it too and the oldest boy is age 10. he did not have a problem with the AXE SPORT BLAST. trusting all this information, I lightly used this product in the shower. with his product, there wasn't much lathering going on, but as I said, I used this lightly. also, while in the shower, the aroma of the AXE SPORT BLAST helped open up the nasal passages. that would be a plus for sinus sufferers. it also leaves a lasting tingling feeling on the skin.
