This works great if you have sores in your nose! Put a little inside on the sore. Also helps me breathe better when I have a cold, put a small layer outside of your nose for colds.. Great stuff!.

The air is very dry where I live and sometimes I get headache because of it. I tend to use this if I am outdoors and it helps. I have purchased this a few times and will continue to use it in the future.

Wow this really hydrated my nose. Immediately felt relief in my nasal passages which were super dry and irritated from having a cold. Also use the mist but this gel provides more dryness relief.

I've used this daily to rinse out my sinuses. It helps clear out allergy congestion and seems to have helped me avoid getting sick. Will keep it stocked up from now on.
