AZ Patio Heaters Tabletop Quartz Glass Tube Liquid Propane heater, Stainless

This heater is as pictured and looks very vice with the flame coming up the center in the glass tube. We have a small patio, so this size works well for us. The initial assembly had a lot of steps because the sides have to be removed to get the protective coating off, but once it is working it is very easy to operate. I think it is very attractive on our patio. I look forward to extending the patio season a full month with this heater.

How excited I was to get my heater on the scheduled day! The box and ultimately the heater was damaged. Called & emailed for replacement door. No Response. Still love the product!!

Unit will not stay lit. Tried several times, even inside a garage due to wind. Pilot light seems defective.Product received with no bag of hardware contents (only a battery). The burner unit was loose and hanging down. The top is bent. I'm very disappointed, especially due to the fact that it's chilly right now.

I purchased this on sale about 4 months ago. The weather just started getting pretty cold and snowy, so I was just now able to open it up and use it. Arrived with no damage and it not only adds some warmth to my patio, it adds a beautiful glow. During this ""stay home"" order, it has given me some happiness to be able to enjoy my outdoor space more often. We also plan to use it in the front yard this fall. Our neighborhood has pumpkin walks and fall events so many people bring out fire pits. This will be our alternative! No smoke, a bit safer, easy to move around, and we can switch it right off!

Unit arrived with no damage to the carton, but with one of the legs dented - thus the manufacturer should of known. The burner unit was loose inside with all 4 securing nuts off. Found 3 of the 4 nuts loose in the carton, fourth was gone. Insufficient attention to packaging and detail
