It has electrolytes support, vitamin c and D support and supports the immunity system. I couldn't believe it can have all these in this packet. When I read the ingredients it doesn't have any chemical based ingredients just have everything natural put in it. The only thing I didn't like was the flavor. Rasberry and lemon flavored. I will definitely like only the lemon flavor in it. Even a strawberry flavor is fine too. But I will buy this on my next shopping trip. I recommend this product.

It was not overbearing which made it easy to drink. The packets are great for on the go and there are several benefits. Besides urinary health, it also gives an immune system boost.
