Sea Dreams Soother? Crib Toy

Got this product, didn't work with the try me, took out of box to change batteries to find the entire back was full of battery fluid, opened the back and every battery was leaking battery fluid. So happy my infant didn't get a hold of this and get the battery fluid on her hands. Otherwise super cute

Thank you baby Einstein for changing the music selection after I had to buy a new one because the original broke.... my daughter lost it ..... please keep in mind that when you make a product DONT change the melodies... clearly nobody in the company knows how important that is

We bought this soother for our little boy to encourage him to start sleeping in his crib. The first couple of nights, everything worked great. It really keeps his attention, the music is soothing and the lights are gentle enough to use with the lights out. A couple of weeks in, the soother stopped playing music and made a high pitched screeching noise. It was quite loud and took us some time to calm down the baby. We changed the batteries and tried it again the following night- Everything worked perfectly. A couple of nights later, the same high pitched noise started up again. At this point, we have retired the soother, because we never know when it will begin to malfunction. Love the idea and the concept, but this quality of this product is questionable. It was quite expensive and we are quite disappointed that we did not even get three months of use from it.

This is the best gift for a baby shower! The new little bundle loves it and Mom and Dad love it because it lulls the child to sleep and entertains them when they awake. Soothing classical tunes play and the sound of water is familiar to the little tike.

We registered for this becuase it came so highly recommended. My daughter loved it from day one but sadily we have gone through three in two years. The third one just died on me tonight and my daughter cried herself to sleep because her 'TV' was broke. All three did the same thing, all of the sudden they started making a loud noise when the animals moved and then within about a week or two the red light indicating the batteries were dead went on. I changed the batteries multiple times and it would work for about 10 seconds and then turn off again and the red light would come back on. This is not a cheap crib soother so buying 3 of them was not on the top of my list, but my daughter loved it so much. I don't think I can bring myself to buy a 4th. It doesn't seem like I am the only one who has had this problem though :(
