Baby Mod - Roxanne 3-in-1 Convertible Crib, White

Crib compares to any high end crib - It has all of the features that you may only get one or two with other cribs - extra drawer, convertible, drop down front. Instructions weren't great, but we managed (be sure to find them attached to mattress springs). Crib skirt can be seen with the drawer (I was concerned with that). The hardware really stands out against the white wood, my only complaint, but I think it would be like that with any crib. Highly recommend.

Purchased this crib for our baby (who hasn't arrived yet so we can't comment on durability/use). However, it looks VERY nice. The color is a nice bright white and easily matches other existing white furniture items in the room. As the other reviewers mentioned, the directions are fairly vague and we had to rely mostly on the pictures which look like a generic drawing/maybe a different crib model. It took about 2 hours to put together (by three people who all have college degrees...). We were also unable to screw in one of the top pieces which was missing the screw receivers (seemed like a fluke thing) and we will make it work. Do not let either of these things deter you from purchasing. We looked at hundreds of cribs, designer and not...and for the money this was a great purchase. The drawer under it is great for storing extra crib sheets, etc. The mattress adjusts to heights appropriate for growing baby. Nice that it also has teething guards and one side that can be lowered or raised to help make getting a baby in and out easier on the back! Very happy with how it looks, and can't wait for our baby to get here and try it out!

I set this crib up tonight and after much frustration finally got it set up. The instructions were very unclear, and even though the instructions would refer to part "N" none of the parts were labled. There was one step where the only way to figure the right way to put the part on was to partially assemble it and then see if it worked because the instructions did not have clear enough pictures of which way the part would go. I also could not believe how cheap this product appeared being that it was $300 I would hate to see the cheaper models. The adjustable lift gate is not a very good design and I doubt it will make it past our 2nd child. The crib does look nice, but for what you get it seems very overpriced.

After trying several Pack 'N Plays for our granddaughter (which she quickly outgrew), we realized that an actual crib was becoming a necessity. I tend to do quite a bit of shopping online and researched prices, styles and brands from multiple outlets before deciding on this one. Easy to put together and clearly of high quality, this crib affords ease and reliability in dealing with our granddaughter, and allows storage without taking up a lot of room. The contemporary lines compliment the moldings and paneling in her room. Overall, a great price for a terrific crib. Highly recommend.

I purchased this product based on previous reviews since it cannot be seen or touched in stores. Pro's ... Price/value. Looking for a crib in this price range and liked that it had a matching dresser which I purchased. Liked that it had a bright white finish which not all seemed to have based on reviews. Liked the contemporary style and that it had a drawer for extra storage. Con's ... Paint chips easy. Tried to be very careful while assembling, but still had a scratch and a dent. The wood seems very soft. However it is easily touched up (we used Home Depot's brand paint semi gloss to touch up ...their base white). Turned out fine. This could be a reality with all white cribs, but I'm a first time mom, so don't know for sure. Also, a little concerned about the drop down feature. It doesn't seem to be a solid mechanism. I would have liked it to have been sturdier. The directions were a little tricky. Not as easy as the matching drawers I bought. But probably a reality with most crib directions. Overall for what you get for the price ... I would buy again.
