Baby Trend The First Years Ignite Stroll

I bought this for my 2 year old bc I took her to six flags in a regular umbrella stroller. My back hurt, there's no storage and she wouldn't sleep in it. So I decided to get her a NICE umbrella stroller. I like that the tires have some traction-it makes going over grass and rough surfaces possible. My daughter loves that it reclines. The storage compartment isn't huge-a back pack wouldn't fit. It did hold a purse, towel, and several pairs of kids shoes. I LOVE THAT I CAN STAND UP STRAIGHT!!!! I have often wondered (while slumped over) pushing an umbrella stroller "how do TALL people do this?" Or "this HAS to be designed by a hobbit!". I'm 5'5 and this stroller is very comfortable to push for hours. One review said that it wouldn't tip over when you hang things on the handles. It does still tip over(when your child isn't seated in it). The bag I had on there was quite heavy though so maybe a very light bag wouldn't force it to flip over. It's almost double the size of a regular umbrella stroller when collapsed. It is bigger around and slightly longer-still fit in my very full trunk nicely. This model doesn't include a cup holder for the child and I didn't notice that when I ordered it. If that matters you may want to upgrade a model. All in all it's a great stroller and it was worth the extra cost.

Set up very easy. Nice stroller. I bought it for my 4 yo great nephew when I take him to disneyland for 5 days next month in addition to a visit to Sea Worldx. He is 41 inches tall, so we'll be maxing out the stroller height capacity. I hope he fits okay in the stroller. He's less than 40 lbs so no issue with weight limit. The color is very pretty. The red is a deeper red (not a fire engine red) and a nice contrast with the darker gray accent color. I'm going to tell my great nephew it's his little red rocket like on Little Einstein. The stroller folds very easily and compactly. Won't take up a lot of space in the trunk of my accord. Yes I realize the bottom basket is small and the cross bar makes access to the basket difficult. But I can deal with that. Stroller is nice and light. It steers well and corners easily. Canopy could be bigger, but I can use a light towel to provide more shad if needed. I paid $60 including shipping so I'm happy with the quality. I believe this is a good value. Only feature I think they could do better is the recline rip cord. I'm still getting the hang of the recline but it's been a while since I've needed to use a stroller. I'm out of practice!!

I was looking for a lightweight stroller to keep at our house for our Grandchild that was sturdy and had higher handles. This one is just perfect. It folds easily and she has plenty of room to grow into it as she gets older. The higher height on the handles makes it easy for even my husband to take her for walks. The basket area is small but I wont be taking alot of things with us when we use it.

Great light stroller for my 10 months baby to travel around. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars because, the wheels installation was so confusing. Initially it was installed on the flipped side. Then removing task was so difficult. I would request the manufacturer to design wheel installation with mistake proofing like USB drives. Simplicity, light weight, stroller height & other features are excellent.

Love the stroller, except i wouldnot have ordered if i would of noticed the front wheels do not turn requiring you to lift and turn....other than that all you need in a step up from a regular umbrella.
