Needed a quick item for our baby to sleep in since we had just move and not completed the baby room before she arrived order the product in the hospital and got it the day we came home it is very durable however not much cushion but baby don't need a soft surface to sleep on tried explaining that to her dad lol the only thing I wish the mobile had music we have a mine mouse mobile that goes with her room theme that we put on playpen she loves it

I was pleased with the cost of my product, but I was not pleased with the fact that the day after I ordered my product the price decreased from what I paid.

The instruction book is not easy to use. There are several languages and they are all on the same pages and its hard to find anything. Putting it together correctly was confusing. Worse was taking it apart. We could not get the mobile to come apart at all. Getting it all back in the carrying case was hard. It would be nice if there was a handle on it. This is for a baby shower, so we have not yet used it. It is quite pretty. The mom likes how it looks and how its set up once its together.

easy to put together, pretty colors, not too big and not too small, only thing is the bag that hangs off side to store diapers, wipes or anything you like droops a little wish the bag was a little more sturdy but other than that Ireally like this product, I would recommend this to a friend, I actually got this for my daughter for my granddaughter and they both loved it.
