This is my all time favorite flat iron. I've been using BaByliss flat irons for over 15 years, and am only on my second unit in that time. They last forever and give my hair such a great shine. While they are expensive, the fact that my first one finally died after TWELVE years means these are definitely an investment that will be worth your time and money.<br>

So basically doesnt work! It took me a couple of days to make up my mind to spend $100 when theres a ton of straightners out there way cheaper and that really heat up... This one, was dead since the beginning! I was really excited and looking forward to try it on but either the company probably sent a refurbished or they actually dont work, who knows... Contacted them but of course no answer from them... Picture of me holding a 450° straightner waiting to heat up.... tried in different outlets, no restart button!

The package arrived quickly. Item arrived in a shipping envelope and the package was damaged.i purchased this to be a Christmas gift but I had to return it because of that and go buy from the store last minute and pay full price. I'm still waiting for refund.

I just recieved my Babyliss U-Styler and was SO excited!! Then immediately disappointed. It's like a cheaply made (still pricey) version like the one my hairdresser has. The top part has a groove that pulled out at least 20 hairs. I had to stop because it was so painful. :( Going to try to ask for a refund.
