Because im trying to return this product becausr it is to heavy for me to hd up to dry my hair and i cant get a response back to return item.

I love this dryer. It's powerful and fairly lightweight for a dryer with this power. My hair came out great when using it. One of the things I especially like is it doesn't sound like a lawnmower : )

Love this dryer! A little heavy, but that is not an issue, since it cuts the drying time to at least half the time or even shorter. Position of switches is great.

I have thick long hair & usually takes an hour to dry it, I have to take breaks to cool hair dryer down. Not with this one thou! It blows hard & not to hot & cut my drying time in half! Doesn't make my hair look fried either! Money well spent!
