[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the hair dryer but however I hate the nozzles with groove. It gets stuck in the hair as you're drying the hair. I am always on the website looking for a new nozzle without the groove and you guys don't sell it separately. Could've better nozzle

I had this blow dryer for 5 years using it constantly as a cosmetologist. It was still going strong the heating element just went out. I knew I wanted the exact same dryer because it cuts down on dry time and also last so well!

Perfect, lightweight, powerful and my hair looks great. Worth the price, great quality. I just for rid of 2 'cheap' brand names that never compared to this. The look your hairdresser gives you can be done at home with this, light, quick, easy peasy.

I dont think this is a legit professional hair dryer. When I first turned it on, it smelled of burning plastic and at first I didnt think it work, it literally took a few seconds to turn on when I switched the on button. Thought it was just a glitch but I used it all day today and every single time I turned it on for each one of my clients it hesitated before going and Ive had some powerful blow dryers in my career this one feels like its just a commercial blow dryer. I purchased the protection plan, so Im going to try to return it hopefully get another one., maybe this one is just a defective one; If its not fixed then Im definitely returning It for a refund.
