It's been four years that I have this flat iron and it is still 100% effective. It's been my hair's best friend since then! My hair is usually straight but there are bad hair days... I mostly use this flat iron to curl my ends and it works perfectly and it is way faster than using a curling iron!

This is by far the BEST hair straightener I have used. It heats up to high temperatures in seconds, it tames my really frizzy hair (with lots of baby hairs), and leaves a nice finish on the stands. My secret til is to straighten after applying OGX's Protecting + Silk Blowout Quick Drying Thermal Spray. It leaves the hair smelling great while also adding some extra shine to the hair plus heat protectant.

just bought this flat iron and only used it once. so far it worked very well. got very hot, only one pass on the hair and it was nice straight and smooth. If I find any cons I will update my review. I like the size of the plates, the hair didnt snag on the blades at all.

I have very curly hair, especially at my roots. This flat iron DID get to my roots but it would always leave static after flat ironing. It's been almost a year now since i've purchased this flat iron and now it doesnt really get my hair straight. my hair does not feel smooth, it feels damaged. and it SMELLS burnt, which is never something anyone wants. I purchased this flat iron after my other one broke after 8 years and the brand no longer exists. Needless to say i will be opting for a new one.
