l had to give 5 Stars. Bought the all white one and it was shipped, received as promised. packaging was reinforced as to not damage. l read the directions 2 times, and was careful to keep parts wrapped, because they were labeled with letters for assembly ,like Ikea does. made sure nothing was damaged, it wasn't. carefully assembled with no problem. you can lay the end vertically so you can get the other side on, but make sure the middle supports are in their holes at the same time.took about close to an hour to put together taking my time.l love it for my granddaughter coming in November. totally recommend this,it is sturdy, there was a small paint chip, but l had white acrylic paint and covered it right up.

I'm not sure what happened for those who had issues putting it together, my husband did it himself and his first language is French, it came out perfect. I love the color, perfect natural shade of wood, and the size, it couldn't fit better in the nursery. For the price point, it's a slam dunk. Pro tip: like IKEA furniture, prior to beginning the build you should read all instructions and lay out all your materials, count everything (they provided extra everything) and know your tools/parts and if you don't know what they are called, google is your friend.

This changing table isn't built like a tank but it also doesn't cost as much as one either. It's plenty stable and doesn't seem to fragile. The instructions aren't the best I've seen but I was able to put it together no problem at all. The complains some people are having about the hamper rails being too far apart could be easily fixed with some minor adjustments and re-drilling. I didn't have this problem though. The parts did not come damaged as I had it shipped to the store directly.

Easy to use and can be repurposed after baby can't use it anymore for crafts.

I ordered this online and had it shipped to the store. We goofed a couple times and had to unassemble it - guess we didn't pay attention to the instructions too good. Took my boyfriend a couple hours or so to assemble it. There was one piece that looked like it had been gouged/damaged and was painted over. I didn't ask for a new piece because it was on the inside where you couldn't see. The baskets did have a chemical smell to them (glue?). But my baby hasn't arrived yet so it's airing out until then. Overall I love the color, it matched an espresso basinett that a friend gifted me. I would recommend this item just check your pieces for damage before assembly.
