Balm Barr is the best cream for my dry skin, I have been using it for years but can no longer find it at the local stores, thus I order on line.

This cream seems to be rather unknown, but for me it's the only cream that really deals with my severely dry skin in winter. I use it before going to bed. Wish the fragrance hadn't been changed, though.
