Even though this is a cream, it is very thick, and a little goes a long way. I found that stirring it up, just the top layer, it makes it easier to remove from jar for application. Great stuff! Only thing I don't like is I know I am probably putting to much but it gets stuck to my underwear eats all over my underwear but it sure does keep wetness away so everything can heal

I ordered this product hoping to relieve my heat rash which I sometimes get from the heat and humidity of the summer.
