Banzai Hydro Blast Water Park

We received this item on 7-6-16 and 3 days later there was a 3 inch hole in it we want our money the pool is garbage horrible and my child got her foot caught in it and almost got hurt we want our money back

My kids loved it has plenty of room for them and their friends. Perfect summer toy. My son is 117 pounds and has no prI blemishes going down the slide or up the wall.

my kids enjoyed it for two summer's and now it wont inflate even though we have not found any holes.

My husband purchased this slide for our children the day he left for over seas. It arrived 2 days later so I was the one who had to set it up. The set up was not that difficult. A little time consuming and heavy for one person, but pretty simple. Our children, ages 8 and 9, were very excited to play on this. First off the "steps" are not sturdy at all and will collapse when you try to climb. There were places all in the seams that the air leaked out causing air bubbles in the water. They continued to play a few days when we noticed water kept leaking out thru the bottom. There was a small hole in the bottom of the "pool" area so I patched it. After about 5-7 plays, they were bored with this $800 slide. The pool area wasn't large enough to play in and the slides would collapse when sliding. We took it down and put it away for the remainder of the summer. When my husband arrived back in the USA mid-August, he wanted to see the kids play on this slide that was suppose to be so great. After setting it back up, and running the water for a bit to get the slides wet, the children began to play. We warned "daddy" that it could not hold much weight so he was disappointed he could not play on it. My son, (8) stepped on the bottom of one slide and the fabric completely ripped right apart. Now the $800 slide is no more...It is a complete piece of junk! In order to play on the slide, please remember this...The water will ALL leak out when deflated. even in the pool area. So to have water in the pool area, the slide must stay running and the hose must stay running. Shut off the slide and there goes all the water you have paid for. This is a horrible product. Fun in the beginning, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This slide is awesome! My kids love it.
