I ordered this for my daughter, was sent a very clearly used and returned item. When I called customer service, I was told I couldn't get it replaced and there was nothing they could do because it was shipped from a store. The agent suggested that in the future I need to inspect items even though it was mailed? Also said I received a lesser quality probably because it was discounted. Then refunded without telling me and all I wanted was for them to replace it when it came in stock again and was inquiring if they could do that if they got it back in stock after the return window. There's no way I would be able to return a product in this condition and I have no idea how the employee could even mail this thinking it acceptable. The worst part though is that they weren't willing to stand behind the mistake and try to fix it, just said no.
