bareMinerals Mineral Veil Finishing Powder 0.3 oz

Sent me .03 oz instead of .3 oz and I'm still waiting for a refund or the correct product. Not happy at all!!

Pros: I usually have trouble finding a shade that suits my skin and this matches perfectly. Cons: Metallic smell. Looks oily very quickly (even with finishing powder). Worst of all it breaks me out whenever I try to use it (I took a break and tried it again to see if I could get my skin used to it). Very disappointed but it may work better with someone who doesn't have sensitive skin and who isn't spot prone- although that does defeat the purpose of this specific foundation.

Okay, so I was between this and the original foundation and I decided on this, but when I received this product and tried it out I was incredibly disappointed. Looking back on the claims now I see why I was so disappointed with the coverage, but that's my fault not the product. I have recently got quite severe acne and it's very red, so the coverage on this didn't do it for me unfortunately. I didn't experience any irritation or new acne that I could see from this product, however I do have one gripe that isn't to do with my own preference. I ordered the lightest colour and it's too orange for me, so beware. I'm fair, but I'm not the fairest of the fair. I'd say between fair and light. Overall, nice product if you're looking for light to medium coverage and deal with acne. Works fine on normal to dry skin, and gives a nice blurred sort of effect on the skin. A star has been taken off for the shade issue, and lack of product for the amount of money that you are paying.

I love all Bare Minerals products; you can't go wrong with these! I have very sensitive skin and every other brand I have tried makes me break out. I can wear this makeup all day and never have a problem. I have tried the illuminating mineral veil a couple of times now, and it is my favorite mineral veil, especially in summer. It adds a very subtle shimmer that adds a nice glow to my skin without looking fake or glittery.

Foundations NEVER worked for me one bit. They would always break me out heavily. Ever since I started using this alongside their Blemish Remedy Prep Gel my skin has been looking better and clearer. I am very happy I bought it.
