I thought I would use as a breakfast item. I did not like, too sweet.
Quick, easy, tastes good. Lots of protein keeps me full.
Great product… can change flavor by using different spice flavors such as pumpkin pie spice. Also works well in a mini waffle maker.
It's very dry to me but it makes me feel fuller than most products.
Great supplement to my breakfast routine AND I appreciate that I no longer have to wait on whether FedEx will deliver!!! Thank you
