BCAA Pills by Crazy Muscle: Post-Workout Muscle Recovery + Build Muscle - 120 Tablets

After researching the benefits of BCAAs, I chose this product. I followed someone's suggestion of taking 3 tablets around 30 min before a workout and 3 tablets right after working out. I can attest that I feel great during my workouts and my DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) the next day is minimal to none. This is very helpful because my job is very physical and I hate to feel sore.

Great value and I just beganworkouts about 6 months ago. I amvery petite but not inshape. I started loosing weight whichI do not need to do at all. I am only 5 feet tall and normally weigh about 108. I lost about 10 pounds. Then my daughter recommended this product to help build muscle and replenish my body. Well it works I am 66 years old and love to show off mymuscles in my arms. Sleeveless is no longer a problem.

I'm never quite sure if the supplements are helping. But what I do know is that these pills are large, and I'm a pretty bad pill swallower. That being said, I take these with the Three-ATines (Creatine) and I get pretty jazzed before and during a workout. I started off taking just a pill a day, but slowly progressing to 2/day and will move up to 3 soon. Will report on my status soon!

I take these just before working out and sometimes after. They're handy (say, if I'm driving after the workout instead of going right home) and easy to take (a lot easier than making the usual protein smoothie). Overall results are good and they seem to have helped reach a new PR on the bench..

Plain and simple, these are easy to swallow coated pills that have an excellent profile for BCAA's. These are essential for any training regiment. They are the building blocks of protein and the ones supplies are must needed for repair and recovery. I love the fact that they come in pill form, it gets hard to have to keep downing undissolved powders. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will buy again to add to my stack
