Beatrice 4 Drawer Chest / Dresser

Product was easy to assemble and had all parts needed. The only disappointing thing was that after being assembled we noticed that one of the drawers had a strip in the corner that had not been stained. It is not real noticeable, but still disappointing as it would simply be too much trouble to return it and get another one.....

Came with bunk bed set for $600, not worth it. Took me over 1 hr to assemble and I'm a highly skilled craftsmen. Instruction were good but pieces were not labeled.

Site to store delivery was very quick. Two very nice workers loaded it in my car for me. Hubby and I ended up taking over two hours to put it together. The instructions only show diagrams and don't differentiate between the different types of screws very clearly. Be careful to install the drawer guides with them aligned towards the front of the drawer and not the back. In spite of it taking longer than we had hoped to put together, we are pleased with the dresser overall. Fair price, nice smooth finish, sturdy construction, nice color to match the other furniture in the room.

This is a good value for someone who is very used to putting furniture together. Luckily I fit into that category. It was still a challenge, but the end result is a pretty good looking cabinet. The individual parts are not marked and the instructions are drawn pictures which are sometimes unclear. The drawer sides are particle board which splits easily when installing slides. Mark where you are going to install the screws first, then clamp each side of the drawer side together at the screw spots to keep it from splitting and screw and then unscrew the mounting screw to pre-thread the hole. Then the slides can safely be installed using the pre-threaded holes. (There are no pilot holes there and frankly, if you drill some, I think it would lessen the holding power of he screws.

Bought this dresser praying that it would match with the new bunk bed I purchased that was the same brand but different style. Everything worked out great and the set up was easy, and the drawers seem very sturdy... TIME WILL TELL. Only complaint is the top of the dresser part was scratched on the end corners so we emailed customer service for a new part, they've already responded and it should be on its way within the next 2 days :)
