I absolutely love this pillow! I was having issues with my neck due to an old pillow that i should have replaced awhile ago and when I 1st got this pillow I was a little worried due to the thickness of the 3.0. But as instructed, I gave it some time and within a couple of days noticed my neck pain was near gone and I felt like I was sleeping better. Now it has been over 2 weeks and I feel great. The only thing i would criticize is the pillow doesn't seem to be as cool when I initially lay my head down as the older one I had. I had the 2.0 Lightening prior to the Storm. I always liked that blast of cold on initial head to pillow contact. Minor detail to be honest, because it still balances out the same during sleep.
