was not a boneless chuck roast. was actually brought to me, and was in thin slices. I was told it was substituted for the boneless chuck roast because they were out. It should have been a roast, not thin sliced pieces of meat.

This meat is delicious, as long as you dont cook it too long. Its a little pricey but its soooo good.

Meat was unusually dark red which looked unappetizing. Tried cooking it but was inedible. I don't think I'll continue ordering beef from Walmart for some time.

Very tough and sinewy. Basically, not worth chewing and swallowing. I will say it was flavorful and fresh. I cut it up in baby-sized pieces but still needed to discard it.

I’ve gotten this meat before and it was perfect for my beef and broccoli very tender. However last time I purchased it literally smelled like a wet dog even though it was still 3 days before the expiration date. I had to throw it out and unfortunately won’t be chancing it again because of the high prices. Don’t get me wrong it is worth the $15 when it’s good but I’m not going to gamble the chance of it being bad and throwing my money down the drain.
