The reason of 4 stars is that I have hard time inserting my iPhone into the charger, even after adjusting the height of the charging head. Compared to others, for this one it takes 2 hands to do it sometimes. The charging head is not in a fix position and that is why. I still use it for my watch, which it is getting charged pretty fast. So is the phone, when I use it.
It's so nice that the phone is upright, so you can see calls or texts easily while charging. I keep mine on my home office desk so I don't have to carry my charger around (even if it's just within the house). Would recommend it. Knocking off a star only (ideally only half a star) because it needs a little care to ensure phone is docked correctly before assuming it's charging. It's still quite good, that part could be only slightly better. Would totally recommend it!
Works well, for iPhone XR and Apple Watch 3.Much cleaner than simply connecting to charger and cable. I wish I had been able to order it in a white color. My black unit sits on my nightstand and without light it is not always easy to fit the phone on the connector.
Needs slight remodel so when you plug the phone the pot does flex and you have readjust the angle or take it out of a Otter box case such as mine.I have to take the case off.
I purchased after trying chipper adapters for my I phone and so far the the others wore out with in two weeks
