Everyone is right when they say the instructions are useless. Also, it was delivered with a bent pole and another pole missing a drill hole. Plus I checked delivery at midnight the night before and after making arrangements to be home to sign for the package, it didn't come till the day after promised (day 3 so it is NOT 2 day free shipping). They gave me 10% off for the inconvenience but blamed Fedex, who they hired to deliver. Plus the price went down but since I got a discount for the mess up in shipping they wouldn't match the price difference. Also the screen does not hook to the poles like the answered question says so they blow inward with a slight breeze. And the curtains are barely big enough so the wind makes the velcro come undone constantly. It is pretty but not worth it!

First let me say ..this takes about 3 to 4 hours to assemble when there is only 2 people but it can be done. Instruction were definitely not well thought out but the illustrations made it a little easier...once we actually got it up I was stunned at how beautiful it is ..I accidently put my net on the outside pole instead of inside so I would have to change that but the Red color pops like no other. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

First the off the instructions are a joke. Hardly any words just vague illustrations. It arrived with the wrong curtains and the pre assembled teepee part was put together wrong at the factory. How frustrating! After finally figuring out what the factory did wrong, we were finally able to get this thing up. Needed three people to get the top on. The top gazebo (fabric) part is held together by Velcro. I think snaps may have been better. But the Velcro is holding up so far. There are some spots where we can not get the Velcro to meet up and attach. (See picture) Once up it's a pretty gazebo. Seems sturdy. Gave it 4 stars for the actually product. Not the frustration of putting it together. We put it over our hot tub. Im just glad my marriage made it threw the assembly. If a couple can put this up together and live threw it, you gotta a keeper. LOL I'm not joking.

The red canopy faded to a light pink 3 months after it was erected. I realize the Arizona sun is damaging, but for $500 it should last a year! The material isn't even canvas, but some kind of poly that you can't use a bbq grill under for fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. Erecting it required a 3-person team. Save your money.

took my son and husband 6 hrs to put up. Directions not too good. My red curtains are inside instead in outside but after coming home and they were so aggravated I decided to be quiet and redo the next time next spring. I must say looks lovely and would purchase again. but need better directions on curtain hanging.
