The problem I had putting the chairs together was one leg was bent out a little on each of the two chairs . I called the help line and the young lady told me that the left and right arm/leg were the same. Bottom line I got them together and adjusted the foot so it would touch the deck.

Have only had the product a couple weeks, not much usage yet so don't know how it will hold up in the long run but the chaise lounge is nice looking, has a little style compared to other low-cost ones. Assembly was slightlly difficult due to a bent leg, but after pounding it back into shape with a hammer things went together okay. Seems sturdy and is comfortable.

I agree with a lot of the reviews. Some of the screws on installing were a little tedious to assemble. But all in all... If you are patient, it does assemble correctly. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I purchased four of these chairs and for the value and price, it was a great deal. Also, incase you are wondering, Agio is the manufacturer of these chairs which made me even more happy.

The chairs arrived quicker than the estimated arrival date (love the free shipping on a package so large and not needing to figure out how to get them home). Took about 20 minutes per chair to put together. Be sure to follow the instructions to not tighten the bolts until all are in place and gradually tighten each bolt as you rotate amongst all the bolts so the holes line up correctly. If you do this, you will not have the problems some of the other reviews are describing. The chairs are good looking and light to move around. It is too early to know how durable they are since I have only had them one week. I assume they will stay looking nice for awhile since they are brown in color compared to the white chairs we replaced.

Only have had loungers for a couple weeks, light weight but very sturdy. Comfortable, easy to clean bird droppings with water. All tools included, easier with 2 people to assemble, align holes for bolts. Use packing box for stand to assemble. Material generic color and pattern to blend with other patio furniture. Do like that they will lay flat and have high back. Our patio dining set from another brand, looked like high back but was not. No sharp edges, easy to get off, even with arm rests.
