Better Homes&gardens 2357 5pc Chat Set With Tile Top Table

I was very excited when I saw this set put together. It is a beautiful, comfortable, and everything I hoped it would be. I didn't even mind the price. It took my husband and I less than 30 minutes to put together. But...within two weeks time, the product was covered with rust. We had very little rain, so I am assuming it is because it was outdoors, and the morning dew was affecting it. It states it is rust resistant, but obviously not. The entire frame was covered in rust, so we had to take it back in less than a month. I won't buy another Better Homes and Gardens product.

I purchased the set on clearance and discovered upon unpacking it that one are was damaged. It was replaced by the company with the warning I could only get paint if I found more damage. Needless to say I soon discovered many more chips to the paint finish. The company sent a small bottle of paint but when I started to fix them I realized the the amount of chipping with rust forming was significant. I had to purchase Rustoleum Paint to cover all the rust spots. Then using their touch up paint over it. It took hours of work. I feel the product was defective from the start and would not recommend anyone buying it unless they wanted to go through all the trouble I went through. Also the tile table get hot in the sun.

We love our patio set. It took a little longer than we expected to put it together. Now that it is done, it's fabulous - the seats are VERY sturdy and comfortable. We looked around at several stores and for the price it can't be beat - The set sold originally for $798 in the stores but we lucked out and got it for $298 on sale (July 2008). We'd suggest you grab a set as they won't be available long at that price!

I have been looking at this set since last year, It was expensive and I wanted the right price, finally we purchased it yesterday at a huge discount at the store. My husband had no problem assembling it and its very attractive and comfortable.

I got this item last weekend . my husband had no problems putting it together and its gorgeous we used it over the 4th of july holiday and we had so many compliments on it. We also bought it at our local store and paid 298.00 so for that price it was a steal !!! I dont know anyone who would be disappointed in this set.
