Better Homes&gardens Bh & G Lake Merritt Conversation Set

Product came in numerous pieces which were a nighmare to put together. Tons of screws with nothing but a useless little device to use to put together with the holes not lining up. Took forever and for the money was not the best quality. Definately not worth the effort and probably would have returned it if it hadn't taken so long to get it together.

This patio set exceeded my expectations. After searching for a month to find the right set, I saw this on Walmart.com for just over $350. It comes with the cushions and pillows and looks very high end for the price. It was easy to put this set together and all tools and instructions were clearly labeled in their own packs which was extremely helpful. (for example the sofa tools were in their own containers separate from the chair tools.) I strongly recommend this set!

Great product. Great Value! My wife and I seem to change our taste in furnishings farely often so we decided not to spend big $$ on patio furniture. This fit the bill perfectly. The answer to those reviewers struggling with lining up the screw holes is to tighten the screws no more than finger tight. Stand the piece on it's legs, square it up and proceed to tighten the screws with the allen wrench. No sweat!! If I had more room, I'd buy another set.

Purchased last Spring for 4 season room. Has never seen the outdoors. With light use over the first 6 months the wicker started to unravel on 2 backs and 3 arms of the furniture. The company sent replacement parts, which were simply put into a huge box without wrapping of any kind. The box was smashed and re-taped by the shipping company, the wicker had already unraveled on 3 pieces when I opened the box. I suspect it was like that before it was shipped. A second set was shipped after I contacted them, they were two different arms, not even close to a pair. All in all a very poor quality item that has not lasted long under light use, in a weather protected room...

The furniture is absolutely everything I had hoped, but I have to agree with everyone else; it was a "you-know-what" to put together. My brother, who built our patio by himself, put this together for us, and he's good at this stuff, even had a difficult time. The pieces didn't line up correctly. But, once it was together it is great!!!!! It seems to be very sturdy. I would recommend this, just be forwarned about assembly.
